  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Valid for redemption in the cities of Bogotá, Cali, and Medellín at the Provider’s establishments.
  • Not valid at sub-franchised stores in these cities or at national-level locations in secondary cities or sub-franchises.
  • For phone orders, the delivery area is limited.
  • The "30 minutes or free" business policy is indefinitely suspended.
  • If the order exceeds the value of the digital code, the buyer must cover the remaining amount using any authorized payment method, along with any applicable delivery fees.
  • Gastronomía Italiana en Colombia S.A.S. will fulfill the order for DCANJE beneficiaries who provide the code, under the terms and conditions outlined here.
  • Gastronomía Italiana en Colombia S.A.S. is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or fraudulent codes.
