You can convert this digital voucher into a physical voucher for use in-store, by going to the service desk at Woolies and requesting a physical voucher, this is called a “gift card exchange”. At some stores you can do this at the till as well.

Once you have a physical Woolies card, you can top this up as needed by completing the “gift card exchange” whenever you need more funds on your physical Woolies card.

Alternatively, you can also order a physical gift card (for in-store shopping) from the options at Woolworths Gift Cards. Physical gift cards mean no hassles in store and are great gifts for friends or significant others who are questioning your trust in magical internet money!

For online purchases, choose delivery to your house, you cannot collect vouchers in-store (This is a risk-mitigation control from Woolies). You can only use 1 voucher per checkout.

Note that the physical Woolies gift cards do not work at Engen forecourts, only for use at standalone Woolies stores.

Select Gift card as payment, insert the card number and matching CVV, you need both! The CVV is shown in small print below these instructions when your gift card is delivered.

You can only use 1 gift card per checkout. So if you total basket is more than the gift card, you must use a credit card for the balance.
