[Validity Period Extension Policy]

Extensions are available only for unused vouchers and must be requested 1 day before the expiration date.
The validity period can be extended in 93-day increments, up to a maximum of 5 years from the initial issuance date.
To apply for an extension, call the inumber customer center (1644-5093) on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

After the initial expiration date, recipients must contact inumber customer center (1644-5093) to request a refund.
90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
Refunds can only be requested within 5 years from the original issuance date.
