  14. All gift cards are non-refundable and not replaceable whether lost,stolen or if booking is cancelled. Gift cards are not transferable.
  15. Gift cards are void if used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, restricted by law, sold for cash or other consideration, or used by non-domiciled residents where prohibited.
